SHAINA HAYUTIN


Fitness has completely changed my life for the better. I didn’t grow up playing sports or viewing myself as an athlete. It wasn’t until I went to college that I truly discovered how living a healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle can positively transform you in every capacity.

When I enrolled at the University of Oregon in 2011, I discovered the Student Recreation Center. I spent several years working as a group fitness instructor teaching indoor cycle classes and a variety of strength cardio classes. I went on to become the Graduate Assistant (GA) for Fitness and Wellness at the University of Arkansas for the University Recreation (UREC) Department in 2015. I have been working as the Foundations Director for CrossFit Commence in Fayetteville Arkansas for the past several years and I launched my own Personal Coaching business Made to Move LLC this year (2019). 


Physical exercise is so much more than working out. Moving your body allows you to better understand yourself and your place in the world. Obtaining a new skill or lifting something you didn’t think you could allows you to believe that you are more capable of achieving things you once thought were impossible.

I believe it is my purpose to help others do the same. My goal is to help break down perceived barriers, and allow you to feel limitless inside and outside of the gym. Oh, and I’m a firm believer in having fun while we do it!

KAYLA WARD


I truly love and enjoy everything fitness; however, that wasn’t always the case. When I was younger, I was extremely uncoordinated,  felt out of place, easily embarrassed and no matter how many sports I tried out for, it just never seemed to be my thing. It wasn’t until my mid twenties that things started to change. I wanted to become healthier and decided I would try running. I started out with some 5k and 8k runs and after a lot of training, I slowly graduated to half and then full marathons. I was finding that I really enjoyed running! Then in 2012, my husband got stationed in Hawaii, and I quickly got sucked into all of the activities on the island. After volunteering at the Ironman World Championships in 2014, I became hooked on this sport. The amount of dedication and perseverance these athletes embodied made me want to step my game up. The very next day I signed up for my very first Ironman. I hadn’t even DONE a triathlon before, not to mention I didn’t even know how to SWIM without sinking like a rock. I had one year to get my body to where I needed it to be and it was the most challenging year of training I have yet to endure. I hired my remote coach and took swim lessons, joined groups for long distance bike rides, and I continued to push my body and mind harder than I had ever done before. I completed my first full Ironman in 2015 in Louisville, KY, and my second in 2016 in Coeur d’Alene,ID. There is no other way to describe my experience but to say it was grueling and there were times I second guessed my ability to finish, but it truly was the most rewarding thing I have yet to do. I started Crossfit in 2013 in my friends garage and soon became addicted! In 2017, after the death of my father, I decided that I wanted to turn what had become an all encompassing hobby into my business. I realized life is too short not to do what you love. I quit my job a administrative assistant and went after my dream. Now fitness is my passion and I absolutely LOVE helping others reach their goals and dreams.

KRISTIN BAHARA


I have been  CrossFitting for six years and coaching for almost five. I couldn't imagine doing anything else for both my job and my personal fitness.  I absolutely love coaching weightlifting and since working with Nicole I have grown to love coaching gymnastics as well. If I could do any Crossfit workout it would be DT. 


When I’m not coaching I love to paint and cook or learn more and geek out about fitness.  (photo coming soon)
